The Hockey Farm is excited to announce Floorball camps to its family of programs. The Floorball community has quietly been increasing in popularity within Hamilton and we are happy to be a part of this fast growing sport in Canada. This is a sport where males and females can play together in a co-ed environment and where skill is the strongest determinant of success. These camps will be a great addition to our ice hockey players because the skills needed to be a elite floorball player are the same things you need to be a successful player on the ice.
- Play is physically challenging and a great cardiovascular workout - Requires agility, speed and stamina - Provides an excellent aerobic and anaerobic workout - Develops highly transferable stick-handling and coordination skills
The Floorball Camps will be held on Sundays, they will include high speed drills, skill development and a short inter-squad game.
